The Dashboard is the first page displayed once you login to the back office. The Distributor back office dashboard is as shown in the below picture.
Overall report of the business can be viewed in this dashboard which includes financial overview, sales overview, business performance, geographic analytics and so on. The left side of dashboard consists of a menu bar and quick access keys on the top. Important alerts or actions to be taken will be shown scrolling on the top of the screen. Details of each section in the dashboard are described in detail in the following pages.
Financial Overview section in the dashboard displays your total earnings.
The following details about total earnings are displayed in this section.
Personal Purchases: The total amount invested for package purchases, upgrades etc. shown here. Click on the amount against personal purchases and you will be redirected to Package History screen where you can view the details of the packages purchased.
Total Payout: The total amount from the payout requests generated is shown here. Click on the amount against total payout and you will be redirected to Payout History screen where you can view the details of completed payout requests.
Profit Gained: The profit generated from investment and income in terms of percentage.
The user can withdraw the earnings by using the Withdraw Balance option. Perform the following steps to withdraw the balance.
2. Select the wallet from which you want to withdraw amount from the dropdown. Depending on the wallet selected, the wallet balance and charges will be shown on the right side. Note: This is a mandatory field.
3. Enter the amount to be withdrawn in the Amount field. Note: This is a mandatory field.
5. Click Next after filling the mandatory fields. You will be directed to security token page as shown below where you have to select the Security Token Type.
If you choose Google Authenticator you will have to enable two-factor authentication in the profile section for getting a QR code. We can enable/ disable the Google Authenticator as a security token type using configuration. Details about enabling two-factor authentication will be provided in the Profile Section in detail. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator and you will receive a token number on your mobile device.
If you choose the Email token then a mail with the token number will be sent to the corresponding user's mail id.
6. Choose a token type and click Next. You will be directed to Device Token page as shown below where you have to provide the token.
7. Enter the token number received in the Token field. If an invalid token number is given, an error message showing the same will be displayed.
8. Click Next to place the payout request and you will be directed to a screen as shown below with a message "Request Submitted" and the withdrawal details.
9. Click on Continue to go to the dashboard.
Sales overview section displays the total sales done i.e., the sale created by the downline members in the logged-in user's network in the particular time period selected. The fields displayed will be based on the MLM plan.
For Binary plan, the fields displayed will be: Left leg sale, Right leg sale, left carry and right carry.
For both Unilevel and Matrix plans, the fields displayed will be: Personal Sales, Team Sales, Direct Referrals, and Downline Members.
Select the time period from the drop down provided. Drop down consists of five options: Overall, Today, This week, This month and This year. Sales done during the selected time period and its details will be displayed in both graphical and numerical forms.
The graphical representation shows the sales during the selected time period. Left leg sales and right leg sales are shown in different colors. Note: This is applicable only for binary plans. You can also view the sales percentage of each leg by moving the mouse pointer above the graph.
Sales done in the particular time period is displayed in the Sales Overview widget. The attributes based on which the sales are shown can be configured by the admin. It can be in terms of Business Volume(BV), Career Volume(CV), Points or Sales based on the admin configuration. Details shown in the widget are as follows.
Left Sales: The total volume earned and available in the left leg of the user during the selected time period is shown here.
Right Sales: The total volume earned and available in the right leg of the user during the selected time period is shown here.
Left Carry Forward: Unpaid volume or sales left after running the binary bonus payout cycle will be carried forward to the next cycle for further usage. Such amount or volume carried forward in the left leg of the user during the selected time period is shown here.
Right, Carry Forward: Unpaid volume or sales left after running the binary bonus payout cycle will be carried forward to the next cycle for further usage. Such amount or volume carried forward in the right leg of the user during the selected time period is shown here.
Click on the volume in each section and you will be redirected to Sales History page where you can view the sales report with all the details.
A brief summary of the logged in user is displayed in the profile summary section as shown below.
Profile summary consists of the following details:
Profile picture: Profile picture of the user is shown here. This can be uploaded from the profile section of the user.
Username: Name of the user along with the username will be shown here.
View Replicated Site Link: On clicking this you can view how your referral link looks like.
Copy Replicated Site Link: Click on this option to copy the referral link.
Social media links: Social media links added in your profile section will be displayed here.
Wallet balances section displays the balance amount available in each wallet. There are different types of wallets like Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet and Profit Wallet as shown below. Note: Wallets available to the user can be configured by the admin with different names. The bonus amount credited to all the wallets will be displayed in this section and these wallets can be used as the payment gateway.
Click on Show All option against each wallet and you will be redirected to the respective wallets where you can view the wallet transaction history of each wallet accordingly.
In this section you can see the members joined from each country. The admin can manage this widget by the configuration. If our system contains Goal Attainment feature, this graph will be replaced by the goals overview widget.
The Map shows the countries from which the downline members joined the system under the user. The countries where new users are joined are shown in blue color. You can see the number of members joined from each country by moving the mouse pointer above the country in the map. You can zoom in and zoom out the map using symbols + and - in the left corner of the map.
The progress bar in the right side show the percentage of downline members in each geographical zone.
Click on Show All option and you will be redirected to the Joining History page where you can view the details of all the users joined with the joining date and country as shown below.
The user can view the criteria and their performance to achieve the next rank under Rank Analysis section. The criteria shown on the dashboard that has to be achieved by the user will be configured by the admin.
The following two criteria has to be achieved by the user for acquiring next rank.
Personal Career Volume: Sum of the career volume achieved by the user by purchasing products till date is shown here. Percentage achieved out of the total requirement is shown against this.
Team Career Volume: Sum of the career volume achieved by the downline members of the user till date is shown here. Percentage achieved out of the total requirement is shown against this.
The status whether the criteria is achieved or not is shown against each criteria. If Pay Rank method is followed, rank will be assigned to users based on their performance in a particular period i.e. weekly or monthly. The rank will be reset to the initial stage during the starting of the time period regularly and will be upgraded based on the performance of the user. In such cases the rank analysis progress will be displayed based on the period set.
For users with highest rank, the Rank analysis widget will be replaced by Business Development widget as shown below:
E Pin or Prepaid Cards: The number of active E pin or prepaid cards generated by the user is shown here.
Leads and Contacts: The number of leads, contacts etc. added by the user through lead campaigning is shown here.
Training Materials: Total number of training materials distributed to the user by the admin is shown here.
Landing Pages: Total number of active landing pages are shown here which is used for lead campaigning.
Learning Center: The number of materials in learning center is shown here.
Rank overview of the user is also available in the dashboard as shown below:
Current Rank: The current rank of the user is shown here. On clicking that you can see the rank hierarchy achieved by the user till date as shown in below picture. You can move back to the previous page by clicking the Back icon.
Next Rank: The next rank that can be achieved by the user is shown here. If the user has achieved the highest rank, the next rank widget will be replaced by the "Member Since" widget which shows the number of days since the user is a part of the system.
Current Package: Current package used by the user is shown here. On clicking this you will be redirected to Package history page of the user where you can find the packages used by the user till date as below.
Next Package: Next Package available for the user is shown here. On clicking this you will be redirected to Upgrade Package screen where you can select the package to be bought. The screen is as shown below:
Select the package and click on Checkout option to proceed with the payment.
If the user has achieved the highest package, the next package widget will be replaced by the "Referred Members" widget which shows the number of referred members under the user.
Summary of commissions earned, expenses and withdrawals of each wallet is shown in this section. The transactions shown in this section will be wallet specific and also will be based on the time period selected from the drop down provided. Drop down consists of five options: Overall, Today, This week, This month and This year.
You can select the summary of each wallet by selecting the wallet from the drop down provided in the left corner. Drop down consists of four options: Commission wallet, Purchase wallet, Rewards Wallet and Profit wallet. Note: The number of wallets and the wallet names are configurable by the admin based on the requirement.
Earnings : The list of all the earnings like bonuses, admin deposit and fund deposit credited to the wallet of the users is shown here with the sum of the amount credited for each type of earning displayed against them.
Expenses : This section lists out the details of the expenses with the type of expense and the sum of the amount in each category respectively.
Withdrawal : The list of withdrawals done by the user from the particular wallet in the selected time period is shown here along with the payment method.
The performance of the team(all the downline members) under the logged in user within the time period chosen is shown here in four sections which includes Top earners, Rank overview, Package overview and Recent joiners. You can filter the performance in a particular time period using the filter option provided. The drop down consists of five options: Overall, Today, This week, This month and This year. Details of each section are as follows:
Top Earners: The list of top-earning members from the user’s downline members is shown here.
Click on Show All icon to get the earnings overview of all the team members.
Rank overview: The number of members in each type of ranks available in the downline members of the user is shown here.
On clicking each rank, you will be redirected to team rank overview page which shows the members with the selected rank in the downline members of the user.
Package overview: The number of members with each type of package available in the downline members of the user is shown here.
On clicking each package, you will be redirected to team package overview page which shows the members with the selected package in the downline members of the user.
Recent joiners: The list of members joined recently is shown here with their full name and joining time. On clicking the Show All option, you can see the user joining history with the details of all members in the downline.
The users are able to view the upcoming events and the news added by the administrator in this section. Timeline of corporate events held is shown in a calendar widget as shown below:
Click on the date and you can get the details of the event as below:
Click on the arrow marks to move the calendar to next and previous months.
Click Show All to get the details of all the events in that month.
Links of news and activities related to the company and business is shown here.
Click on Show All to view all the news and activities.
Click Read more against each news to read the entire news.
Click the Withdraw Balance icon. You will be redirected to Withdraw Request page as shown below. If no payout method is configured, you will be redirected to payout preference page on clicking Withdraw balance icon where configurations for different payout methods can be done. Please refer for more details.
4. Select the payout method from the dropdown available in the field. Payout options enabled for the wallet like Paypal, Bitcoin wallet etc. will be available in the dropdown. Note: This is a mandatory field. You can configure the payout methods in Payout Preferences screen under Wallets and Payout menu. How to configure a payout method will be explained in Payout Preferences menu under Wallets and Payout section. Please refer the same for more details.
