Various reports can be viewed under Reports menu in the top menu bar. Reports are categorized into three sections: My account, Team Performance and Orders and each section has subsections also.
Sales history shows the report of the sales getting updated to the logged in user when a new member is registered under the user or when any product purchase or subscription is done by the team members under the logged in user. Entry of sales will be updated on a daily basis. Fields displayed in the screen will be based on the MLM plans of the user.
The following details are shown in the report.
Username: Username of the logged in user is shown here.
Category: Type of sales or volume is shown under category. Fields displayed corresponding to the category will be based on the MLM plan.
Unilevel & Matrix : Only one column that shows the Total sales will be displayed.
Binary: Separate columns to show the leg and right leg values will be available.
Left Volume: Sales or volume in the left leg of the user is shown here.
Right Volume: Sales or volume in the right leg of the user is shown here.
Left Carry: Unpaid volume or sales carried forward in the left leg of the user is shown here.
Right Carry: Unpaid volume or sales carried forward in the right leg of the user is shown here.
Created On: Date on which the sale or volume is created or modified is shown here.
Click Back to go to the previous page at any point of time.
Click Home icon to go to the home page.
Sales history can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on time period: Select the time period from the drop down provided and the sales done during the selected time period and its details are shown. This drop down consists of nine options: Overall, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year and Last year as shown below:
2. Filter based on genealogy: Sales history of the members under the user can be filtered based on the genealogy selected from the dropdown. Select a genealogy from the dropdown which consist of two options: Downline Sales and Referral Sales. The sales history of members in the selected genealogy will be displayed. Dropdown consists of two options: Downline Sales and Referral Sales.
Downline Sales: Sales details of all the downline members of the user's network is shown.
Referral Sales: Sales details of all the directly referred members of the user and their downline sales based on the referral tree is shown.
3. Filter based on Date: Sales history can be filtered based on different combinations of from date and to date using this option.
You can filter the data with different combinations of the attributes like using the from date only, using to date only or with both from date and to date. Perform the following steps to filter sales history based on dates.
Select the From date or To Date or both the dates from the calendar in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the sales history satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Total sales made by each downline member of the user can be viewed under this section. Total sales shown here include both the MLM package and commerce product purchases of the downline members. Details of each sale can also be viewed against the record.
The following details are shown in the sales overview report.
Username: Username of the downline member who made the sales is shown here.
Sales: Total sales done by the downline member is shown here.
Date: Date on which the sale was created. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the created date by clicking on the Date field or arrow shown near view details field.
View Details: You can view the detailed information about the particular sale using the view option under this field.
Sales overview can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on time period: Select the time period from the drop down provided and the total sales made by each downline member during the selected time period and its details are shown. This drop down consists of nine options: Overall, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year and Last year as shown below:
2. Filter based on genealogy: Select the genealogy tree from the dropdown provided and the total sales done by the members in the selected tree will be displayed. Dropdown consists of three options: All Tree, Left Tree and Right Tree. This filter option will be available only for the binary plan based projects.
All Tree: Sales done by all the downline members will be displayed on selecting this option.
Left Tree: Sales done by the downline members on the left leg of the user will be displayed on selecting this option.
Right Tree: Sales done by the downline members on the right leg of the user will be displayed on selecting this option.
3. Filter based on Date and Username: Sales overview can be filtered based on different combinations of username, from date and to date using this option.
You can filter the data with different combinations of the attributes like using the user only, using from date only, using to date only or with any of the combinations of these three attributes. Perform the following steps to filter sales overview.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the sales in the respective fields .
Click Search and you will get the sales overview satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Details of all the sales under the particular user will be available in the view details option against each record. You can select each order and view the details regarding that particular order as shown in the below picture.
Order details include the purchased date, accumulated sales, total amount and the order contents.
Two filters are provided in this screen to filter the orders based on time period and the type of orders.
Filter based on time period: Select the time period from the drop down provided and all the membership orders or commerce orders of the user during the selected time period and its details are shown. This drop down consists of nine options: Overall, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year and Last year as shown below: The value in this filter will be This week by default.
2. Filter based on type of orders: Select the type of orders that you want to view from the dropdown available and all the orders of the user in that category will be displayed with its details. Dropdown consist of two options: Membership orders and Commerce orders. The value in this filter will be Membership orders by default.
Membership Orders: MLM related orders like package enrollment, renewal etc. are shown on selecting this option.
Commerce Orders: Orders created on purchasing commerce products is shown on selecting this option.
All the transactions of bonuses/ commissions earned by the user from the system is shown in bonus history.
The following details are shown under bonus history.
Associated User: Name of the user who is associated with the sales through which the bonus is earned is shown here.
Category: Name of the bonus credited to the system is shown under category.
Date: Date and time at which the bonus was credited to the system is shown here.
Level: Level at which the associated user is present in the genealogy tree of the user is shown here.
Status: Status of the transaction whether it is Credit or Debit is shown here.
Amount : Amount credited as bonus is shown here.
Total sum of the earnings displayed in the particular page and sum of the earnings in all pages of wallet earning history are displayed separately against fields Total and Total of all pages respectively.
Bonus history can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on time period: Select the time period from the drop down provided and all the transactions of earned bonuses/ commissions from the system during the selected time period and its details are shown. This drop down consists of nine options: Overall, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year and Last year as shown below:
2. Filter based on Category and Associated User: Bonus history can be filtered based on different combinations of category and associated user using this option. By using the “Associated User” filter, you can view all the bonuses credited to your account from/ with the help of that particular user. The category filter will help you to see all the transactions of a particular bonus.
You can filter the data with different combinations of the attributes like using the category only, using associated user only or with both category and associated user. Perform the following steps to filter bonus history.
Select the category or associated user or both in the respective fields .
Click Search and you will get the bonus history satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
The user can convert the earned bonuses from the wallet as real money to their bank, paypal, PayQuicker accounts or to their bitcoin wallet addresses by creating the withdrawal or payout requests. All the payout requests of the logged in user in each wallet is shown in Payout History.
The following details are shown in payout history.
Requested Amount: Amount requested by the user to be converted to real money is shown here.
Charge: Transaction charge taken for converting the amount in the wallet to real money is shown here. This can be configured by the admin for different wallets and transactions.
Payable Amount: Amount to be paid after conversion is shown here. Payable amount is calculated by deducting charge from requested amount.
Converted Payable Amount: In case of payout methods like Bitcoin and Ethereum wallet, the payable amount will be converted to BTC or Ethereum. The payable amount in system currency converted to BTC or Ethereum will be shown in this field.
Processed Method: Payment method selected to redeem the money is shown here.
Status: Status of the Payout Request is shown here. Different statuses that comes under this field are Requested, Processing, Paid, Rejected, and Cancelled.
Process Date: Date and time at which the payout request is processed is shown here.
Actions: Option to cancel the payout request is available under this field. Withdrawal requests with status as "Requested" can be cancelled using this option. This option is disabled for requests in other statuses.
Payout history can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on wallet: Payout requests under each wallet can be filtered using this option. Select a wallet from the dropdown and payout requests of that wallet will be displayed. The dropdown consists of options like Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet and Dividend Wallet. Note: Name and number of wallets can be configured by the admin.
2. Filter based on Status of the Request: Payout requests in different status can be filtered using this option. Select a status from the dropdown and all the requests in the particular status from the corresponding wallet will be displayed. The dropdown consists of options: All, Rejected, Completed, Cancelled and Active Payout.
All: Payout Requests with all types of status is shown on selecting this option.
Rejected: Payout Requests rejected by the admin is shown on selecting this option.
Completed: Payout Requests whose amount has been credited to the user's preferred account is shown on selecting this option.
Cancelled: Payout Requests that are cancelled or reverted by the user is shown on selecting this option.
Active Payout: Payout Requests with the status Requested is shown on selecting this option.
3. Filter based on Date: Payout requests can be filtered based on different combinations of from date and to date using this option.
You can filter the data with different combinations of the attributes like using the from date only, using to date only or with both from date and to date. Perform the following steps to filter payout history based on dates.
Select the From date or To Date or both the dates from the calendar in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the payout requests satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
All the packages purchased by the logged in user is shown under package history.
Package history consists of the following details.
Previous Package: Previous package purchased by the user is shown here.
New Package: New package subscribed by the user is shown here.
Purchased Date: Date and time at which the new package was purchased is shown here.
Records of failed commission logs are displayed under this section. Commission log provide us a report that help us to identify why the bonus or commission was not availed to a member. It also provides details on what all criteria the members have failed because of which they missed the commissions.
The user can view/ track their rank advancement or history of the achieved ranks with achieved date under rank history.
Rank history consist of following details.
User: Username of the logged in user.
Rank: Rank achieved by the user.
Date: Date and time at which the rank was achieved.
Rank History can be viewed based on the ranking method selected. If Pay Rank method is followed, rank will be assigned to users based on their performance in a particular period i.e. weekly or monthly. The rank will be reset to the initial stage during the starting of the time period regularly and will be upgraded based on the performance of the user. On selecting the Pay Rank option from the dropdown, rank history based on that will be displayed.
A detailed report of the eligibility criteria for achieving each rank and the criteria achieved by the logged in user is shown in Rank log.
Rank Log consists of username, created date and report. You can filter the rank log week wise using the filter provided.
Perform the following steps to filter the rank log.
Enter a number in the N week Before field.
Click Search and you can view the rank log created before the given number of weeks.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Click on View icon against each row to get the detailed report of the criteria achieved. The report will be as shown below:
Rank log report created on the selected date is shown here. It shows the eligibility report for the next rank to be achieved based on Personal career volume and group career volume from sales to their customers. In both criteria the following details are shown:
Required Value: Value required to achieve the next rank is shown here.
Achieved Value: Value achieved by the user is shown here.
Condition Eligibility: Based on the values achieved whether the user is qualified or not qualified for the next rank is shown here.
Fund deposit is the process of transferring real money to virtual wallets in the system in case of balance deficiency. Such deposits done to each wallet in the system is shown under Fund deposit history. History displayed will be wallet specific based on the wallet selected from the dropdown.
You can view the available balance, pending commissions, total withdrawals and total earnings in the selected wallet in the top section of the screen.
Wallet transactions which comes under category-Fund deposit is shown in the report which consists of the following details.
Category: Category under which the wallet transactions come is shown here which will be Fund Deposit.
Amount: Amount credited to the wallet is shown here.
Status: Status of the transaction whether it is Credit or Debit is shown here.
Date: Date and time at which the transaction is done is shown here.
Associated Username: Username of the user who has done or received the transaction is shown here.
Fund Deposit history can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on wallets: Transactions under fund deposit category in each wallet can be filtered using this option. Select a wallet from the dropdown and fund deposits of that wallet will be displayed. The dropdown consists of options like Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet and Dividend Wallet. Note: Name and number of wallets can be configured by the admin.
2. Filter based on type of transactions: Select the type of transaction from the dropdown and the fund deposits under the selected type of transaction will be displayed. The dropdown consist of values- All transactions, Payout, TDS and Charges and earnings.
3. Filter based on time period: Select the time period from the drop down provided and the fund deposits in the selected wallet during the selected time period and its details are shown. This drop down consists of nine options: Overall, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year and Last year as shown below.
4. Filter based on Category and Associated User: Fund deposit history can be filtered based on category and associated user using this option.
Perform the following steps to filter fund deposit history.
Enter the username of the associated user in the respective field.
Category will be selected as Fund Deposit by default.
Click Search and you can view all the fund deposits credited to the selected wallet from/ with the help of that particular user.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
P2P Transfer History shows the details of transactions done from one user to another user in each wallet within the system. Transaction history shown here will be wallet specific where you can select the wallet from the filter provided.
You can view the available balance, pending commissions, total withdrawals and total earnings in the selected wallet in the top section of the screen.

P2P Transfer history can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on wallets: Transactions under External wallet transactions category in each wallet can be filtered using this option. Select a wallet from the dropdown and External wallet transactions of that wallet will be displayed. The dropdown consists of options like Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet and Dividend Wallet. Note: Name and number of wallets can be configured by the admin.
2. Filter based on type of transactions: Select the type of transaction from the dropdown and the P2P transfer under the selected type of transaction will be displayed. The dropdown consist of values- All transactions, Payout, TDS and Charges and earnings.
3. Filter based on time period: Select the time period from the drop down provided and the p2p transfers in the selected wallet during the selected time period and its details are shown. This drop down consists of nine options: Overall, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year and Last year as shown below.
4. Filter based on Category and Associated User: P2P transfer history can be filtered based on category and associated user using this option.
Perform the following steps to filter p2p transfer history.
Enter the username of the associated user in the respective field.
Category will be selected as External Wallet Transaction by default.
Click Search and you can view all the external wallet transactions done from or to the selected wallet by/ with the help of that particular user.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Performance of all the team members under the logged in user can be viewed by using the menu under team performance.
Current rank of each team member of the logged in user is shown under Rank Overview.
The following details of each team member is shown in the report.
User: Username of the team member.
Rank: Current rank of the team member.
Achieved On: Date on which the current rank is achieved is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the date of achieving the rank by clicking on the Achieved on field or arrow shown near the field.

Filter based on type of members : Select the type of members from the dropdown available and you can view the current rank of the selected type of users. Drop down consists of options Downline members and Referred members.
Downline Members: It shows the current rank of all the downline members of the logged in user's network.

2. Filter based on Ranking method: Select the ranking methodology from the dropdown and the current rank of members based on the ranking method will be displayed.
Rank: Rank will be assigned to the users according to their performance from the date of joining in this method. Current rank of users in the system according to this ranking method is shown on selecting this option.
Pay Rank: Pay Rank is the method of assigning rank to users based on their performance in a particular period i.e. weekly or monthly. The rank will be reset to the initial stage during the starting of the time period regularly and will be upgraded based on the performance of the user. Current rank of users in the system according to this ranking method is shown on selecting this option.
3. Filter based on genealogy: Select the genealogy tree from the dropdown provided and the current rank of the members under the selected tree will be displayed. Dropdown consists of three options: All Tree, Left Tree and Right Tree. Note: This filter is available only in binary tree.
All Tree: It will display current rank of all the team members of the user.
Left Tree: It will display the current rank of team members that are placed on the left leg of the user.
Right Tree: It will display the current rank of team members that are placed on the right leg of the user.
3. Filter based on username and rank: Rank overview can be filtered based on different combinations of username and rank using this option.
You can filter the data with different combinations of the attributes like using the user only, using rank only or using both user and rank. The rank overview of the particular user or of the users with the selected rank or of the particular user with the selected rank will get filtered respectively. Perform the following steps to filter rank overview.
Select the user or rank or both in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the rank overview satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Sales done by the team members of the logged in user will be shown under team sales overview.
The following details are shown in the sales overview report of the team.
User: Username of the team member.
Left volume: Sales or volume in the left leg of the user. Note: This field is available only in the binary plans.
Right volume: Sales or volume in the right leg of the user. Note: This field is available only in the binary plans.
Total volume: Total Sales or volume done by the user.
Date: Date on which the sale was created. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the created date by clicking on the Date field or arrow shown near the field.

Purchased On: Date on which the current package was purchased is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the date of purchasing the package by clicking on the Purchased On field or arrow shown near the field.

Filter based on type of members: Select the type of members from the dropdown available and you can view the current package of the selected type of users. Drop down consists of options Downline members and Referred members.
Downline Members: It shows the current package of all the downline members of the logged in user's network based on the binary tree.
Referred Members: It shows the current package of directly referred members of the user's team.

Click Search and you will get the package overview satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Earnings Overview shows the sum of total earrings from bonuses of each downline member of the logged in user.
The following details are shown in the report.
Username: Username of the downline members is shown here.
Earnings: Total earrings from bonuses of each downline member is shown in this field. You can sort the report based on ascending and descending order of the amount earned by clicking on the earnings field or on the arrow near the field.
Earnings overview can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on type of members: Select the type of members from the dropdown available and you can view the total earnings of the selected type of users. Drop down consists of options Downline members and Referred members.
Downline Members: It shows the total earnings from bonuses of all the downline members of the user's network.
Referred Members: It shows the earnings of directly referred members.
2. Filter based on genealogy: Select the genealogy tree from the dropdown provided and the total earnings of the members under the selected tree will be displayed. Dropdown consists of three options: All Tree, Left Tree and Right Tree. Note: This filter is available only in Downline members package overview.
All Tree: It will display the total earnings of all the team members of the logged in user.
Left Tree: It will display the total earnings of the team members
that are placed on the left leg of the user.
Right Tree: It will display the total earnings of the team members that are placed on the right leg of the user.
3. Filter based on username: Total earnings of a particular user can be filtered using this filter.
Perform the following steps to filter earnings overview.
Select the user in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the total earnings of the respective user.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Joining history shown the details of each member who joined the logged in user's team.
The following details of the members joined are shown in the report.
Username: Username of the team members joined is shown here.
Parent: Parent user of the member is shown here.
Country: Country of the joined member is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the country name both in ascending and descending order by clicking on the country field or the arrow near the field.
Joined On: Date on which the member is joined is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the date by clicking on the Joined on field or the arrow near the field.
Joining history can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on type of members: Select the type of members from the dropdown available and you can view the joining history of the selected type of users. Drop down consists of options Downline members and Referred members.
Downline Members: It shows the joining history of all the downline members of your network.
Referred Members: It shows the joining history of directly referred members.

Enter the data based on which you want to filter the sales in the respective fields .
Click Search and you will get the history of users joined satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
The logged in user can track all type of their own orders using the menu available under Orders section.
Fund deposit is the process of transferring real money to virtual wallets in the system in case of balance deficiency. You can have the track of all the Fund deposits that you have made to the system using this option. Only fulfilled fund deposit orders will be shown here and those orders with the status “Awaiting Payment” will be available under the option “Membership Orders”.
The report shows the following details:
Order Number: This is the unique tracking ID of the order made. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the number by clicking on the Order Number field or the arrow near the field.
Username: The username of the user who has made the fund deposit is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the name by clicking on the Username field or the arrow near the field.
Order Total: The total amount deposited is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the amount by clicking on the Order Total field or the arrow near the field.
Order Type: The category of the transaction is shown here which is Fund Deposit. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the category by clicking on the Order Type field or the arrow near the field.
Status: The status of the transaction is shown here. Orders with status "Fulfilled" will be shown here.
Created On: The date on which the order has been done is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the date by clicking on the Created on field or the arrow near the field.
Payment Method: The payment method or payment option used for the fund deposit is shown here.
Click on the order number in the report and you will be redirected to the Order Details page where you can get a detailed view of the order as shown below:
Order Details page consists of following details:
Order Number: This is the unique tracking ID of the order made.
Order Date: Date on which the order is made is shown here.
Order Status: Status of the order is shown here.
Download: You can download the order invoice in pdf format by clicking download option.
Purchase Details: Details of the price is shown here. On clicking view more option you will get a popup which shows Charge details and price.
Billing Address: Billing address of the user is shown here.
Payment: You can view the payment details like payment method, transaction Id, status and amount paid under this section.
You can filter the fund deposit orders based on different combinations of Order number, Order Status, From Date, and To Date. The report can be filtered using any of these attributes individually or a combination of any of these.
Perform the following steps to filter the fund deposit orders.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the fund deposit in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the fund deposit orders satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
The commercial products that you have added to the cart to buy and its price details are shown in the cart.
Product Details are shown in the first section with the quantity and price. Perform the following actions to add or remove the quantity of products.
You can add or reduce the quantity of the product in the cart by clicking on + and - icons against the product respectively.
Click on Remove option to remove the product from the cart.
Click on View more to get the product details as shown below. Details of the product in the cart and price distribution is shown in detail as in the below picture.
Second section consists of Cart summary which shows the total price of the products, discounts and the total amount to be paid for the products in the cart.
Click on continue shopping to continue with the shopping in the website.
Click Proceed to make payment to check out the products in the cart. You will be directed to next page with Order details, Billing Address, Delivery options and Price Details as shown below.
Order Summary: Summary of the products ordered is shown here. Click on View more to get the product details like return period, base price, discount, shipping charges and total amount.
Billing Address: Invoicing address is shown here. If you are placing the order for the first time, you have to enter the billing address. If you have already created an order, the already saved address will be shown here. You also have the options to edit the billing address or to add a new billing address in this section.
Delivery Address: You can provide the delivery address in this section. You can also give the delivery address same as billing address by ticking the checkbox available.
Delivery Options: You can select the delivery options here as Standard Shipping or Express shipping. Delivery charges will be shown here. You can also calculate the shipping charges if applicable.
Price Details: Total price details of the products in the cart including discounts, charges and tax are shown in this section.
Click on Back icon to go to the previous page. Click on Checkout option to go to the payment section where you can select the payment gateway and proceed with the payment. On completing the payment, you will get a message with the order number and details as shown below.
Click on Download your invoice to download the invoice in pdf format.
Click Continue to continue shopping.
The user can track all the MLM related orders like Enrolment orders, package upgrades, and renewals under membership orders. On clicking on the Membership Orders from the report, you will be redirected to the “All orders” page as shown below.
This Report includes the following details:
Order Number: The unique tracking ID of the order made is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the number by clicking on the Order Number field or the arrow near the field.
Username: The username of the user who has made the order is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the name by clicking on the Username field or the arrow near the field.
Order Total: The total amount of the order is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the amount by clicking on the Order Total field or the arrow near the field.
Order Type: The category of the transaction is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the category by clicking on the Order Type field or the arrow near the field.
Status: The status of the transaction is shown here.
Created On: The date on which the order has been created is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the date by clicking on the Created on field or the arrow near the field.
Payment Method: The payment method or payment option used for the transaction is shown here.
Click on the order number in the report and you will be redirected to the Order Details page where you can get a detailed view of the order as shown below:
Order Details page consists of following details:
Order Number: This is the unique tracking ID of the order made.
Order Date: Date on which the order is made is shown here.
Order Status: Status of the order is shown here.
Download: You can download the invoice in pdf format using this option. This will be disabled for Pending Payment orders.
Purchase Details: Details of the price is shown here. On clicking view more option you will get a popup which shows Charge details and price.
Billing Address: Billing address given for the purchase is shown here.
Shipping Address: Shipping address for the purchase is shown here. Note: This block will be available only if the enrollment products have shipment.
Registered User: Full name of the registered user with username and email address is shown in this section. This section will be displayed only for enrollment orders.
Payment: You can view the payment details like payment method, transaction Id, status and amount paid under this section.
Membership orders can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on status of orders: Select the status of orders from the dropdown available and you can view the membership orders under the selected status. Drop down consists of options Pending-payment orders, pending fulfillment orders, fulfilled orders, declined orders and all orders.
Details of each option in the filter are as follows:
Pending Payment Orders: Membership orders with pending payment are shown on selecting this option. Status of the orders filtered will be Awaiting Payment. You can find make payment option under actions field for these orders. Click make payment option and a sliding screen as shown below will be displayed where you can find the QR code and bitcoin address to make the payment along with the payment summary.
Pending Fulfillment Orders: Membership orders which contains shipment whose payment is done and are in the initial stage of shipping is shown under this option. Status of the orders filtered will be Awaiting Payment.
Fulfilled Orders: Fulfilled membership orders is shown under this option. Membership orders without shipment will come under fulfilled status once the payment process is completed. Status of orders filtered will be Fulfilled.
Declined Orders: Membership orders whose payment is declined or orders that are cancelled is shown on selecting this option and the status of the orders will be Declined.
All Orders: All the membership orders except the orders with status “Awaiting Payment” is shown on selecting this option.
2. Filter based on attributes Order number, Status, name and date: Membership orders can be filtered based on different combinations of Order number, order status, Name, from date and to date. The report can be filtered using any of these attributes individually or a combination of any of these.
Perform the following steps to filter the membership orders.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the membership in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the membership orders satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
The orders which are created while purchasing products from the e shop or while making subscriptions for commerce products are shown under e-commerce orders.
This Report includes the following details:
Order Number: The unique tracking ID of the order made is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the number by clicking on the Order Number field or the arrow near the field.
Username: The username of the user who has made the purchase or subscription is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the name by clicking on the Username field or the arrow near the field.

Order Type: The category of the transaction is shown here which will be Commerce for e-commerce orders. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the category by clicking on the Order Type field or the arrow near the field.

Created On: The date on which the order has been created is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the date by clicking on the Created on field or the arrow near the field.

Delivery Address: Address to which the order has to be delivered will be shown here.
Payment: Payment details is shown in this section which includes the payment method, transaction Id, status and amount.
Cancel: You can cancel the order in this section if required. A field is provided to give the reason why you want to cancel the order. Click on Cancel Order icon to cancel the order. Note: This option will be available for orders whose payment is done until it reaches delivered status.
Shipment: Shipment Status of the item will be shown in this section with Item name, Status, Shipment method and Tracking Id. Details in this section will be only available for shipped orders.
If an order contains more than one product, the shipment status will be shown based on the type of packing. If the packing is item based we can see the shipment status of each item separately and if the packing is order based, the shipment status will be one for the whole order. Note: Type of packing is chosen by the admin whether it should be item based or order based.
Return: User can return the delivered items which has return option using this section. Items can be returned only within the last date of return period mentioned. Details in this section is available only for orders with status as "Delivered".
Perform the following steps to return an item.
Click on Return icon against the order/item. A popup with options to Refund or Replacement as shown below appears. The last date for return/replacement will be displayed in the popup screen.
2. Select Replacement if you want to replace the item with another one and select Refund if you want to get the money refunded instead of replacement.
3.Enter the comments in the space provided.
4. Click Submit to place the request.
E-commerce orders can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on time period: Select the time period from the drop down which consists of options- Overall, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year and Last year. E-commerce orders in the selected time period will be displayed.
2. Filter based on status of the orders: Select the status of orders from the dropdown available and you can view the e-commerce orders under the selected status.
Details of each option in the filter are as follows:
Orders in Cart: Orders of items in the cart are shown on selecting this option. Status of such orders will be Pending.
Active Orders: Orders that are currently active is shown on selecting this option. i.e. orders which are in Awaiting fulfillment, Shipped or Awaiting Shipment status comes under this section.
Pending Orders: Orders which are pending due to payment issues or any other reasons is shown on selecting this option. Status of such orders will be Awaiting Payment. Actions Field with the option to make payment is available for orders in this filter. You can make the payment here if required.
Awaiting Fulfillment Orders: Orders whose payment is completed and are waiting for initial stages of shipment is shown on selecting this option. Status of the orders will be Awaiting Fulfillment.
Pending Fulfillment Orders: Orders whose payment is done and waiting for the confirmation is shown on selecting this option. Status of such orders will be Awaiting Payment.
Awaiting Shipment Orders: Orders that are packed and ready to be shipped are shown on selecting this option. Status of such orders will be Awaiting Shipment.
Order Shipped: E-commerce orders that are shipped is shown on selecting this option. Status of such orders will be Shipped.
Delivered Orders: Orders whose delivery is done is shown on selecting this option. Status of such orders will be Delivered. Users can return these type of orders.
Order Completed: Orders that are in Fulfilled status is shown on selecting this option.
Declined Orders: Orders whose payment is declined or orders that are cancelled is shown on selecting this option and the status of such orders will be Cancelled or Declined.
Failed Orders: Orders whose payment got failed are shown on selecting this option. Status of the orders will be Payment Failed.
All Orders: All e-commerce orders except the orders with status “Awaiting Payment” is shown on selecting this option.
3. Filter based on Order Number, and date: E-commerce orders can be filtered based on different combinations of order number, from date and to date using this option.
You can filter the data with different combinations of the attributes like using the order number only, using from date only, using to date only or with any of the combinations of these three attributes. Perform the following steps to filter the orders.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the order in the respective fields .
Click Search and you will get the commercial orders satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Subscription orders that needs to be renewed or shipped regularly in a particular time period like monthly, weekly, yearly etc. comes under Auto-ship orders. On clicking the Auto-ship orders, you will be redirected to manage subscription page where you can view the subscriptions for commerce products that needs to be shipped automatically in regular time period.
There are different menus in the top right corner of the screen to manage subscriptions as shown below:
On selecting Auto-ship orders, you will be landing to subscription page where Ecommerce subscriptions are shown.
The report shows the following details:
Username: The username of the user who has made the subscription is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the name by clicking on the Username field or the arrow near the field.
Store: The store from which the product is ordered is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the store name by clicking on the Store field or the arrow near the field.
Product: The name of the product subscribed is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the product name by clicking on the Product field or the arrow near the field.
Product Group: The bundle name under which the product comes is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the bundle name by clicking on the Product Group field or the arrow near the field.
Period: The subscription period is shown here based on which the order is shipped automatically. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the period by clicking on the Period field or the arrow near the field.
Start Date: The date on which the subscription is started is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending or descending order of the date by clicking on the Start date field or the arrow near the field.
Next Date: The next date on which the product has to be shipped is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the date by clicking on the Next date field or the arrow near the field.
Status: Status of the subscription order shown here which should be either Active or Inactive. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the status by clicking on the Status field or the arrow near the field.
Manage: Options to View History, View Record and Edit each order is available under manage.
History: You can view the history of subscriptions here. Details like Order Number, Username, Store, Payment Type, Period, Processed Date and Status is shown in the history as in the below picture. You can view the order details by clicking on the order number.
2. Record: The record of subscriptions to be done is shown here. It includes details like Username, Store, Product, Payment Type, Period, Next Date, Quantity and Status as in the below picture.
3. Edit: You can edit the subscription using this option. Fields like Store name, Billing Address, Shipping Address, Next subscription Date, Payment type and status can be edited here. Click Update button to update the changes made. Note: The user can update the subscription period, subscription interval, subscription frequency and the start date based on the admin configuration.
You can add a new subscription by clicking on + icon in the menu bar. A popup screen as shown below appears to add a new subscription.
Perform the following steps to add a new subscription.
Select the category of the product from the dropdown list of Product Categories field.
Choose the product that comes under the selected category from the dropdown list against Choose products field.
Select the store from the dropdown list of Store Name field.
Select the subscription period from the dropdown list of Billing period field. Dropdown consists of options Month, Week and Year.
Select the interval of the billing period from the dropdown of the respective field.
Select the frequency at which the product has to be shipped in the Frequency field.
Enter the quantity of the product in the respective field.
Select the invoicing address from the list of addresses in Billing Address field.
Select the address to which the shipment has to be delivered from the addresses in Shipping Address field.
Select the date on which next subscription has to be done from the calendar against the respective field.
Select the payment method from the list of options in the payment type field.
Select the status as Active or Inactive.
Select whether the notification needs to be activated or deactivated in the Notification status field.
Select the card from the provided options. Saved cards against the selected payment method will be displayed here.
Click Save to add the new subscription.
Click Reset to clear the fields.
You can view different types of payment methods available for subscription on selecting this icon.
Configuration for each payment method can be done here. Click on the configuration icon against each type of card payment and you will be redirected to Manage Card screen as shown below:
You can add new cards or delete the existing one using this screen.
Select the card by ticking the checkbox and select Delete under Actions menu to delete the existing card in the profile.
Click on + icon in the top menu bar of Manage Card screen to add new card under the profile. You can view fields to add card details according to each type of card. The below picture is an example to add Braintree Card. Fill the card details in the respective fields and click on Save option to add the card to the configuration.
Auto-ship orders can be filtered based on different combinations of Status, From Start Date, To Start Date, From Next Date and To Next Date. The report can be filtered using any of these attributes individually or a combination of any of these.
Perform the following steps to filter the auto-ship orders.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the auto-ship orders in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the auto-ship orders satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Renewal orders of Enrollment packages purchases and their upgrades comes under this report. Enrollment packages need to be renewed periodically in order to keep the status of the user active.
The report shows the following details:
Username: The username of the user who has made the subscription is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the name by clicking on the Username field or the arrow near the field.
Store: The store from which the package is ordered is shown here. For MLM subscriptions the store will be admin store. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the store name by clicking on the Store field or the arrow near the field.
Product: The purchased enrollment package or upgraded package is shown here. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the package name by clicking on the Product field or the arrow near the field.
Product Group: The bundle name under which the product comes is shown here. Here it will be the package name itself. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the bundle name by clicking on the Product Group field or the arrow near the field.
Period: The subscription period is shown here based on which the package renewal has to be done automatically. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the period by clicking on the Period field or the arrow near the field.
Start Date: The date on which the subscription is started is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending or descending order of the date by clicking on the Start date field or the arrow near the field.
Next Date: The next date on which the package has to be upgraded or renewed is shown here. You can sort the data in ascending and descending order of the date by clicking on the Next date field or the arrow near the field.
Status: The status of the subscription order is shown here. It should be either Active or Inactive. You can sort the data in alphabetical order of the status by clicking on the Status field or the arrow near the field.
Manage: Options to View History ,View Record and Edit each order is available under manage.
View History: You can view the history of subscriptions here. Details like Order Number, Username, Store, Payment Type, Period, Processed Date and Status is shown in the history.
View Record: The record of subscriptions to be done is shown here. It includes details like Username, Store, Product, Payment Type, Period, Next Date, Quantity and Status.
Edit: You can edit the subscription using this option. You can update the billing address and Payment type here. On choosing the payment type, you can see the cards added for that method. Select a card and click Save button to update the changes made.
This is the option to delete the records in the report. If you want to delete a record tick the check box and select Delete under Actions. The subscription will be deleted successfully.
MLM subscriptions can be filtered based on different combinations of Status, From Start Date, To Start Date, From Next Date and To Next Date. The report can be filtered using any of these attributes individually or a combination of any of these.
Perform the following steps to filter the MLM subscriptions.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the MLM subscriptions in the respective fields.
Click Search and you will get the MLM subscriptions satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Report: User can verify the bonus calculation criteria and performance by checking the report. Click on Report and you can view the bonus details and calculation report as shown below.
