Financial overview of the business can be gathered from the sections under this menu. The user can get an overall idea about all the financial dealings happening in your network along with the available balance and transactions under different wallets.
Depending upon the requirement, Admin can configure the wallets with different names. There are different types of wallets where you can receive commissions/bonuses, rewards, or points. Depending upon the requirement, admin can set different currencies for different wallets.
The following are the submenu that comes under Financials.

Bonus History
This section provides the overall view of the financial transactions that happened in the system. It gives the overall summary of the transaction in each wallet as well as a category wise commission transaction overview for each wallet.
An Overall financial summary of the user is shown here in both numerical and graphical forms.
Details shown are as follows.
Total Investments: Sum of total amount invested by the user for purchases and upgrades etc. is shown here.
Income From Bonuses: Sum of the total bonus earned by the user is shown here.
Completed Withdrawals: Sum of the total withdrawal amount paid to the user's account from the wallets is shown here.
TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) and Charges: Sum of the amount debited from the wallets in the form of charges for various transactions done is shown here.
Net Benefits: Sum of the amount credited to the wallets of the user in the form of benefits from the transactions is shown here.
Pie Chart-A pictorial representation showing the categories mentioned above is shown in different colors and portions. A pie-chart is a representation of values as slices of a circle with different colors. The slices are labelled and the numbers corresponding to each slice are also represented in the chart.
Commission wallet provides a complete overview of various commissions and bonuses. Whatever bonuses and transactions that the user has done in this system will appear here. You can view the complete wallet transaction history under commission wallet through this option.
Details that come under Wallet transaction are as follows:
Available Balance: The total available balance in the wallet is shown here.
Pending Commission: Some bonus can be put on hold for a particular time period before crediting to the wallet. Sum of the bonus amount in holding status in the wallet is shown here. This is based upon the configuration of the admin, till that the amount will be held for a certain period.
Total Withdrawal: The total amount of withdrawal or payout approved from the wallet is shown here.
Total Earnings: The total amount credited in the wallet such as bonuses, wallet transferred amount etc. is shown here.
A detailed history of whatever bonuses and transactions done through wallet is shown under commission wallet transactions. The details about the transactions are as follows.
Category: Category under which the transaction comes is shown here.
Amount: The amount credited or debited in each transaction is shown here.
Status: Status of the transaction whether it is credit or debit is shown here.
Date: Date on which the transaction is done is shown in this field.
Associated Username: Username of the user who has done or received the transaction is shown here.
Wallet transactions can be filtered based on different criteria.
Filter based on type of transactions: Select the type of transaction from the dropdown and the selected type of transaction in the selected wallet will be displayed. The dropdown consist of values- All transactions, Payout, TDS and Charges and earnings.
All Transactions: All transactions in selected wallet will be displayed.
Payout: Transactions related to withdrawals from selected
wallet will be displayed.
TDS and Charges: Charges paid for the various transactions in selected wallet will be displayed.
Earnings: All transactions credited to the selected wallet will be displayed.
2. Filter based on time period: Select the time period from the drop down provided and the transactions in the wallet during the selected time period and its details are shown. This drop down consists of nine options: Overall, Today, Yesterday, This week, Last week, This month, Last month, This year and Last year as shown below.
3. Filter based on Category and Associated User: Transactions in the wallet can be filtered based on different combinations of category and associated user using this option. The transactions can be filtered using any of these attributes individually or a combination of both.
Perform the following steps to filter the wallet transactions.
Enter the associated username or select the category or enter both fields as per the requirement.
Click Search and you can view all the transactions satisfying the criteria given filtered.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
4. Filter based on wallets: Transactions in each wallet can be filtered using this option. Select a wallet from the dropdown and all the transactions of that wallet will be displayed. The dropdown consists of options like Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet and Dividend Wallet. Note: Name and number of wallets can be configured by the admin.
On selecting each wallet the wallet transaction history of the selected wallet will be displayed. You can also view the transactions in each wallet by selecting the wallet from the menu under Financials.
Purchase wallet provides a complete overview of balance that can be used for purchase. You can find the transaction in detail with all the data contributed to each transaction that happened in the wallet.
Rewards wallet provides a complete overview of rewards received. You can find the transaction in detail with all the data contributed to each transaction that happened in the wallet.
Dividend wallet provides a complete overview of profits received. You can find the transaction in detail with all the data contributed to each transaction that happened in the wallet.
All the transactions of earned bonuses/ commissions from the system is shown in bonus history. This credited amount will be spilled and shown in the wallets.
You can also view the available balances in different wallets like Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet and Dividend Wallet and an overview of all the transactions through each wallet under different categories in the Wallet Summary.
