You can manage your network of team members using the options under Manage Network. You can expand, organize, and can keep a track of your team building activities. The following are the submenu that comes under Manage Network.

Spilling Preferences
A new member can be added to the business network of the user using this option. If you are adding new members from your back office, you will be assigned as the sponsor of a new member unless you are logged in as administrator. If you are logged in as the administrator you can choose a sponsor for the new member.
Perform the following steps to add a new member:
Select the country from the dropdown list against Country field.
Enter the first name and last name in the respective fields.
Enter the username by which the account has to be accessed in the Username field. Note: The username must have a minimum of 5 characters and a maximum of 15. Username can be a combination of underscore and alphanumeric characters. Please note that underscore cannot be used twice together(eg:- user__name1) and must be between the alphanumeric combination.
Enter the replicated website name in the respective field. This name will be distributed to the customers under the user for reference purpose. Note: Only Alphanumeric characters are allowed in this field. The number of characters must be between 3 to 15.
Enter the phone number of the member in the Phone Number field. Note: Country code of the selected country will be displayed by default in the phone number field.
After entering all these mandatory fields, tick the checkbox against I agree to the terms and conditions.
Click Reset if you want to clear the fields
Click on Proceed icon to move to the next page to select the enrollment package as shown below.
Select an enrollment package from the options provided. The enrollment package selection is not applicable in case of free joining. Note: Administrator can add/delete/edit the enrollment package as per companies' requirement.
Click Back if you want to go back to the previous page.
Click Checkout to proceed with billing. You will be redirected to the Billing Page as shown below.
Order summary, Billing Address and Price Details are shown in this page.
Order Summary
Details of the package purchased is shown in order summary. You can view the detailed price distribution of the package which includes base price, fees etc. by clicking View Details link under the summary.
Billing Address
Billing Address of the new member is to be added here. The Details that are given in the first section like First Name, Last Name, Country etc. will be prefilled in the respective fields. You can edit them if required. Enter the rest of the Address details in the respective fields.
Price Details
Details of the amount to be paid for enrolling the package will be shown in this section which includes the package amount and the fees taken for enrollment.
Click Checkout after filling the billing address and you will be redirected to the Review page as shown below, where you can choose the configured payment gateway.
Select the payment option from the available payment method set by the admin of the system.
Click Proceed to make the payment. You will be redirected to the corresponding page against the payment option selected. Give the details and click Submit.
The user will be added successfully and you will be redirected to Order Details screen with a message Order placed Successfully as shown in the below picture.
You can see the overall order summary with the order status, order number, transaction ID and all other required details. You can also download the invoice of the order for future purpose which will be sent to your registered email address also.
Click Continue to go to the Dashboard.
Sponsor line genealogy is referred to as Referral genealogy. Directly referred members under the logged in user and the sponsor line of each member in the network is displayed in the tree. The tree will be Unilevel.
Click on the + icon under the username of each member to view the team member under the sponsorship of that user.
Click on the × icon to contract the tree under the user.
On clicking the username or profile picture of each member you can view a brief profile summary of the team member as shown below. You can view the username, Sponsor, Personal and Team sales and volume done by the member in that week, package purchased by the member, designation and date of joining of the member in this popup.
You have the options to zoom in, zoom out and reset the genealogy tree at the top right corner of the screen as shown below.
Zoom in: You can zoom in the tree structure as per your requirement.
Zoom out: You can zoom out the tree structure as per your requirement.
Reset: You can reset the tree structure and bring it back to the default view.
You also have the option to filter the genealogy tree of a particular user as shown below.
Perform the following steps to filter the genealogy of a particular user.
Enter the username of the user to be viewed in the respective field.
Click search and you can view the directly referred team members under that particular user in the tree structure.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Referral downline shows the details of directly referred members of your network as shown below.
Following details of the directly referred members are shown.
Username -Username of the team member which was given while registration is shown here.
Sponsor - Username of the sponsor of the team member is shown here.
Sale-Total sales volume generated by the team member is shown here as Business volume [BV]. Note: The attributes based on which the sales are shown can be configured by the admin. It can be in terms of Business Volume(BV), Career Volume(CV), Points or Sales based on the admin configuration.
Earned-Total amount earned by the team member is shown here.
Rank- Current rank of the team member is shown here.
Current package - This shows the current package of the team member.
Registered on - The date on which the team member is registered is shown here.
Actions - Options to view the tree structure of the team member is given under actions. Two options that comes under actions are Genealogy Tree and Referral Tree.
Genealogy Tree: Team members under the particular user can be viewed in tree structure.
Referral Tree: Directly referred members of the particular user can be viewed in tree structure based on the referrer.
Referral downline can be filtered based on different criteria.
Overall: Overall sales of the directly referred members of the user network is displayed.
This month: Sales of the directly referred members of the user network in the current month is displayed.
Filter based on Username, From Date and To Date: Referral downlines can be filtered based on different combinations of username, from date and to date using this option. The data can be filtered using any of these attributes individually or a combination of any of these.
Perform the following steps to filter referral downline.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the data in the respective fields .
Click Search and you will get the data satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
Team downline shows the details of all the downline members of your network based on the genealogy tree(Placement).
Following details of the team members are shown.
Username: Username of the team member which was given while registration is shown here.
Parent: Username of the parent user under whom the team member is placed is shown here.
Level: Level at which the member is present in the genealogy tree of the user is shown here
Sales: This shows the total sales volume generated by the team member as Business volume [BV].
Earned: This shows the total amount earned by the team member.
Rank: It shows the current achieved rank of the team member.
Current package: This shows the current package of the team member.
Registered on: The date on which the team member is registered is shown here.
Actions - Options to view the tree structure of the team member is given under actions. Two options that comes under actions are Genealogy Tree and Referral Tree.

Holding tank is a temporary pool where the user is kept once they have successfully completed the registration and before they are placed in the tree. The new user will be placed in the holding tank either if the spilling preference of the recruiting sponsor is holding or the user has been joined using the holding tank referral link. The sponsor user can assign a position to the team member as per the requirement after verification.
The user can see the details of his sponsored users in the holding tank as shown in the below picture.
Details are as follows:
Username: Username of the new member added under your sponsorship is shown here.
Manage: Placement option is given under manage. On clicking the placement option, a popup screen appears where you can select the Spilling Preference.
Spilling Preference: You can select Left Spilling or Right Spilling under Spilling preference field based on which the user will be placed in the genealogy tree.
Left Spilling: On selecting Left Spilling the new user will be placed in the left side of the genealogy tree.
Right Spilling: On selecting Right Spilling the new user will be placed in the right side of the genealogy tree.
Parent User: Select the parent user under which the new user should be placed, from the dropdown available on entering the username in the field.
Click Proceed button after selecting a spilling preference. A popup screen asking the confirmation to allocate the user will be displayed as below.
Click "Yes, Allocate user" to place the user in the respective side of the tree selected. The user will be moved from holding tank on doing this.
You can add a new customer to your team using this option. Customers are the group of users who have limited access to the system (eg: Can purchase the product/ subscribe to the learning materials etc. but have no membership access). If you are adding a new customer from your back office, you will be assigned as the sponsor of the customer.
Perform the following steps to add a new customer .
Select the country from the dropdown list against Country field.
Enter the first name and last name in the respective fields.
Enter the username by which the account has to be accessed in the Username field. Note: The username must have a minimum of 5 characters and a maximum of 15. Username can be a combination of underscore and alphanumeric characters. Please note that underscore cannot be used twice together(eg:- user__name1) and must be between the alphanumeric combination.
Enter the phone number of the customer in the Phone Number field. Note: Country code of the selected country will be displayed by default in the phone number field.

Click on Continue icon to add the customer. On clicking Continue
icon the customer will be added successfully and a message as "Customer Registration Completed " will be displayed as in the picture below.
The customers that are enrolled under the user can be viewed under My Customers.
Customer details that are shown are as follows.
Username: Username of the customer which was given while registration is shown here.
Sale: Sales details from each customer is shown here.
Role: If the system has different Customer roles it will be displayed here.
Registered On: The Date on which the customer is enrolled into the system is shown here.
You can also filter the customers based on different combinations of Username, From Date and To Date. The customers can be filtered using any of these attributes individually or a combination of any of these.
Perform the following steps to filter customers.
Enter the data based on which you want to filter the customer in the respective fields .
Click Search and you will get the customers satisfying the search criteria displayed.
Click Reset to clear the filter.
The placement preferences of new referrals or users can be chosen under spilling preferences option. Admin or the logged-in user can set the spilling preference of the placement in the tree and the newly added users will be placed according to it. There are five spilling preference available in the system as shown below.
Details of the spilling preference options are as follows.
Auto balance: When a new member is enrolling in the system using the replicated site, referral link, or promotional banners, those members will be placed automatically either left or right. If the first member is placed on the left, then the next member will be automatically placed on your right side of your genealogy tree. The algorithm will decide the placement of new members to ensure a balanced ratio between left-right sales.
Auto left spilling: When a new member is enrolling in the system using the replicated site, referral link, or promotional banners, those members will be placed to your far left position of the genealogy tree.
Auto right spilling: When a new member is enrolling in the system using the replicated site, referral link, or promotional banners, those members will be placed to your far right position of the genealogy tree.
Weak leg Filling: When a new member is enrolling in the system using the replicated site, referral link, or promotional banners, those members will be placed to your weakest leg where you have fewer sales volume.
Strong leg Filling: When a new member is enrolling in the system using the replicated site, referral link, or promotional banners, those members will be placed to your strong leg where you have higher sales volume.
Holding Tank: When a new member is enrolling in the system using the replicated site, referral link, or promotional banners, those members will be placed to a holding tank instead of placing directly to the Genealogy Tree. The sponsors can place the members to the desired place based on their needs.
On selecting a particular spilling option, you will be asked a confirmation to change the spilling preference option as shown in the picture below.
Click Confirm to select the particular option.
Enter the email address of the member in the Email Address field. Note: The email address must be entered in a specific format .
The tree structure of the user's team showing the position of each team member in the network is shown under Team Genealogy. The tree will be as per the plan [Binary/Matrix/ Unilevel]. You can also add a new user from the team tree structure so the new member will be added to the position selected. Details of Team Genealogy was discussed in Team Genealogy under Quick Links section. Please refer the same for more details.
Enter the email address of the customer in the Email Address field. Note: The email address must be entered in a specific format .
