Using Prepaid Coupons, you can convert the amount in your wallets into prepaid coupon codes so that you can purchase with that. The users will be provided with prepaid coupon codes instead of the amount using which the users will be able to purchase. The following are the submenu that comes under Prepaid Coupons.

  • Active Coupons

  • Generate Coupons

  • Coupons History

Active Coupons

You can view the active coupons that have been generated within the system under this menu. There are options to view the coupons of different wallets and also filter the coupon with the code that is generated. Active coupons will be shown as in the below picture.

Active coupons can be filtered based on different criteria

  1. Filter based on type of wallet: Select the type of wallet from the dropdown. Dropdown consists of options like Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet and Dividend Wallet as shown below. Active coupons under each wallet can be filtered using this.

2. Filter based on Coupon code: Active coupons can be filtered based on coupon code.

Perform the following steps to filter coupon.

  1. Enter the coupon code in the Code field

  2. Click search to filter the coupon with the given code.

  3. Click Reset to clear the filter.

Options to Copy, Transfer and share coupons are available under active coupons. How to perform these actions are explained below.

  • Copy

Click on the copy option in each coupon and you can copy the code of the coupon and can paste the code for purchasing. The Code of the coupon is shown on the top left corner of the coupon.

  • Transfer

With this option, you can transfer the coupons to the users within the system. Once the coupon is transferred then it will not be shown in that particular wallet. Click on transfer option and a screen to enter the username to which the coupon has to be transferred appears as shown below.

Enter the username and click transfer to transfer the coupon to that selected user in the system.

  • Share

Using this option, you can share the coupons to others. Click on share icon and a screen to enter the email id to which the coupon has to be shared and amount that needs to be shared appears as shown below.

Enter the email id and amount to be shared in the respective fields and click share to share the coupon.

Generate Coupons

You can generate new coupons under different wallets using this option.

Perform the following steps to generate a coupon.

  • Select the wallet from the dropdown available for which you want to generate the coupon.

  • Enter how much amount should be provided to create the coupon in the Amount field.

  • Enter the number of coupons to be provided for the users in the Number of coupons field.

  • Tick the checkbox against Transferable if you want to transfer the coupons to the users within the system.

  • Tick the checkbox against Reusable If the coupons have to be reused. i.e., For Eg: If a user has a coupon for 100$ then if he purchased for 20$ with that coupon then he can reuse the coupon for the next purchase.

  • Click Generate to generate the coupon. You can view the particulars about the coupon generation like wallet balance, coupon creation charges etc. in the screen. On clicking generate option you will be redirected to security token screen as shown below to choose the security token type.

  • Choose a token type and click submit to go to next page where you have to provide the token field as shown below

  1. If you choose Google Authenticator you will have to enable two-factor authentication in the profile section for getting a QR code. Details about enabling two-factor authentication are provided in the Profile Section in detail. Scan the QR code using Google Authenticator and you will receive a token number on your mobile device. After you enter the token number then your request for coupon generation is done successfully.

  2. If you choose the Email token then a mail will be sent to the corresponding user's mail id. Enter the token which you received in the mail in the token field provided. After you enter the token number then your request for coupon generation is done successfully.‌

  • Coupon generation Details will be shown as in the above picture with all the details. Click on Continue to go to the home page.

Coupons History

You can view the full history of the used coupons that was generated within the system. In this option, you can view the used coupons under different wallets. You can also view the date and time at which the coupon was used and the amount used in the coupon history.

You can view the coupons under each wallet using the filter option available on the top right corner as shown in the above picture.

  • Filter based on type of wallet: Dropdown consists of options like Commission Wallet, Purchase Wallet, Rewards Wallet and Dividend Wallet as shown below. Used coupons under each wallet can be filtered using this.
