Email Campaigns comes under promotional Tools. You can email campaigns to promote business and there by attract more leads to your system. Submenu that comes under this section are as follows:

Scheduled Campaigns
Email campaigns are used to promote business and attract new customers. You can send emails as a part of campaign to attract new leads using this option. On selecting new Campaign, you will be redirected to Send an email page as shown below.
The following details are to be filled in the respective fields to send an email campaign.
From: Enter the email address of the user who is sending the mail. Note: This is a mandatory field.
To Leads with Status: You can select the status of the leads in this field so that the mail will be sent to all the leads in the selected status. Note: This option is to send bulk emails.
Individual leads: You can select the leads to which the email has to be sent in this field. All the available leads will be shown here.
Subject: Enter the Subject of the mail in this field. Note: This is a mandatory field.
Template: Select the template from the dropdown available. Note: This is a mandatory field.
Body: You can enter the content of the email in this space provided. You will also have the options for word formatting in this field. Note: This is a mandatory field.
Schedule for Later: You can schedule the email campaigns for later by configuring the date and time by ticking the check box provided against this field. On ticking this you will be asked to provide the date and time at which the mail has to be sent in the field provided. Note: Date and time should be provided in MM/DD/YYYY HH:mm format.
Click on Preview option to have a preview of the mail before sending.
Click on Send option to send the mail to the respective leads.
You can view the history of all the email campaigns sent to the leads using this option.
The following details of the email campaigns are shown in this history.
To: The list of receivers to whom the email campaign was sent can be viewed in this field. On clicking View Receivers list, the list of email ids to which the mails were sent will be shown.
Subject: Subject of the email campaign is shown in this field.
Date: Date and time at which the mail was sent is shown in this field.
Status: Status of the mail whether it is sent or failed is shown here.
Manage: Options to preview and delete are available under manage.
Preview: You can view the preview of the mail using this option. On clicking Preview option, you will get a screen showing the content of the mail as shown below.
2. Delete: You can delete the respective record in the campaign history using this option. On clicking Delete option, you will be asked a confirmation message before deleting. On clicking Yes, the campaign record will be deleted successfully.
There are different menus available on the top right corner of the screen which includes Action, New Mail and Filter.
Action
Delete option is available under action menu. Select records by ticking the checkbox and click on Delete option to delete the campaign history.
New Mail
On selecting the new mail menu, you will be redirected to Send an email page where you can create new email campaigns. This screen is discussed in detail under New Campaigns section. Please refer the same for more details.
Filter
You can filter the history based on Status, Subject and Date.
Perform the following steps to filter the data.
Select the Status of the email campaign from the dropdown available.
Enter the Subject of the campaign in the respective field.
Select on, before or after option against Created Date and select the date from the calendar. Note: Email campaigns can be filtered using any of these fields individually or using a combination of any of these.
Click search to get the email campaign based on the search criteria.
Click Reset to clear the fields.
Email campaigns that are scheduled to be sent later are shown here.
The following details of the scheduled campaigns are shown in this screen.

Select the Status of the scheduled campaign from the dropdown available.
Enter the Subject of the campaign in the respective field.
Select on, before or after option against Created Date and select the date from the calendar.
Select on, before or after option against Scheduled Date and select the date from the calendar. Note: Scheduled campaigns can be filtered using any of these fields individually or using a combination of any of these.
Click search to get the scheduled campaign based on the search criteria.
Click Reset to clear the fields.
