User can access the distributor back office by logging into the system through this page. You can get into the login page either by clicking on the Login option provided under My account menu in the front end of the website as shown below or by directly using the URL.
Perform the following steps to login to the back office.
Enter the website URL in the format: eg: or click on the Login option. You will be redirected to the login page.
2. Enter your Username and Password in the fields provided.
If an invalid username which is not present in the system is provided, a message as "Username and Password do not match" will be displayed on the screen.
If a valid username is provided with wrong password, you will get a message as "Invalid username or password. You are left with 9 attempts." After 10 invalid login attempts, the user account will be blocked for a short period of time.
If you try to access a blocked/ unverified account, you will get an error message as "The user is not active."
3. Click on the Sign In button. You will be redirected to the cart of the user if any product added earlier is present in the cart. Else you will be redirected to the dashboard.
Note: Resend the verification link and Forgot Password options are present in the login page to recover your account if you have missed the credentials to login.
4. You can also create a new distributor account or customer by clicking on the "Register as Distributor" or "Register as Customer" option.
The user will get an account activation mail (verification mail) with the password set link when the registration is successfully completed. If you have not received the verification link, click on Resend Verification Link and you will be redirected to the page as shown below:
Enter the username for which the verification has to be done.
Click Request button. Verification link for the respective user will be resend to the registered email id and a popup message as "Verification link has been send to your email address" will be displayed.
Note: If the username is already verified a popup showing "User is already verified" appears at the top right corner of the page. If a non-existing username is given a popup showing "Unable to find the user with this username" appears.
When you are not able to remember your password, you can configure new password using Recover Account option. Click on Forgot Password? option and you will be redirected to Recover Account page as shown below:
Enter the username or email id given at the time of registration in the field provided.
Click Request button. The procedures for resetting the password will be send to the respective email id and a message showing that will be displayed on the screen as shown below.
You can create a new distributor account by using 'Register as Distributor' option in the login page or by clicking on the 'Register as Distributor' option provided under My account menu.
Perform the following steps to create a new distributor account:
Enter the username of the sponsor in the Sponsor field. Full name of the sponsor with profile picture will be displayed in the field. Note: If name of an invalid or blocked member is given an error message as "Sponsor is not found" will be displayed.
Select the country from the dropdown list against Country field.
Enter the first name and last name in the respective fields. Note: Only alphabets are allowed in First name and last name fields. The maximum number of characters allowed are 20 and space in between the characters are allowed.
Enter the username by which the account has to be accessed in the Username field. Note: The username must have a minimum of 5 characters and a maximum of 15. Username can be a combination of underscore and alphanumeric characters. Please note that underscore cannot be used twice together(eg:- user__name1) and must be between the alphanumeric combination.
Enter the replicated website name in the respective field. This name will be distributed to the customers under the distributor. Note: Only Alphanumeric characters are allowed in this field. The number of characters must be between 3 to 15. This field is made available based on the configuration. If this field is not required it can be hidden using the configuration.
Enter the phone number of the distributor in the Phone Number field. Note: Country code of the selected country will be displayed by default in the phone number field.
Enter the password for logging into the account in Password field. Note: Password should consist of at least 8 characters and it should have at least one capital letter, small letter, number and special character. Password should not be similar to username, first name, last name or email. Numeric password is not allowed.
Re-enter the password in Password Confirmation field.
After entering all these mandatory fields, tick the checkbox against I agree to the terms and conditions. Click on Terms and Conditions to view the description of terms in the redirected page.
Click on Sign Up icon to create the account. On clicking Sign Up icon you will be redirected to the enrollment packages screen as shown below:
12. Select an enrollment package from the options provided and click on Proceed to Checkout.
13. Click on Cancel icon if you don't want to proceed.
14. On clicking proceed to checkout you will be redirected to a page which shows the Order Summary, Billing Address and Price Details as shown below. If the enrollment products have shipping, option to enter the shipping/ billing address will also be available.
15. Enter the address of the user in the respective fields provided.
16. Click on Checkout icon to proceed with the payment options.
17. Click Back to go back to the enrollment packages screen.
18. On clicking Checkout, you will be redirected to the next page as shown below with Payment options along with the previously filled details.
19. Select a Payment option from the list and click Proceed. You will be redirected to the corresponding page against the payment option selected. Note: You will be redirected to the third party payment page if you have chosen the payment methods like PayPal, Uphold etc.
20. Give the payment details and click Submit. Your account will be created successfully and a message as "Order placed successfully" will be shown with your order number and details as shown below.
If payment needs to be approved, user has to wait until admin approves the same. In such cases the order summary displayed will be as shown below. User can access the system only after approval.
If the payment is failed, the order summary page will be displayed as shown below.
21. Click on Download your invoice button to download the invoice.
22. Click on the login button to go to the initial login page where you can login to the account created.
You can create a new customer account by using Register as Customer option in the login page.
Perform the following steps to create a new customer account.
Select the country from the dropdown list against Country field.
